Quality control

Where possible, electronics are tested. The value of an item determines the effort put into testing; items not specifically tested in detail are visually inspected and reviewed for operational status. Any exceptional wear is noted in the description. Most items are covered by a money-back guarantee.

Compliance with eBay's Medical Devices policy

This item is a spare part for repair shops, not a medical device. It is a bare internal electronic subassembly that a service technician installs inside the equipment housing. It has no user-operable function on its own, cannot produce an exposure, has no patient contact, and is sold with no diagnostic or therapeutic claim. Installation into any regulated system is the responsibility of the buyer under the rules that apply to that system.

Shipping

Orders may take up to 3 business days to ship from payment; weekends are not counted. If you need faster service, contact us before ordering so we can adjust priorities. We reserve the right to change the selected shipping method to an equivalent or better service that fits the item.

We ship worldwide. USPS may not be an acceptable choice for international shipping due to size, weight, and export documentation restrictions; you may be asked to select FedEx, UPS, or DHL at a higher price. Confirm your shipping choice with us before ordering if in doubt.

Export compliance. Our products are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), overseen by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the U.S. Census Bureau. We do not ship to Country Group E. Determining the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) can take up to 30 days; where an export license is required, licensing can take a further 30-90 days. For international orders we require a written statement of the ultimate end user, the intended end use of each product, and the buyer's agreement to comply with the EAR. You will receive an email with the documentation; the order cannot be processed until it is complete.

Returns, and money-back guarantee

This listing carries a 60 day money back guarantee: return your purchase for any reason within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in the condition received and in the original packaging.

All items are guaranteed to be as described. Any item not as described can be returned at our expense for a full refund, regardless of any as-is marking.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us first and give us a chance to work things out; if we cannot fix it, you receive 100% of your purchase price back.

Data privacy

We do not keep or share your information anywhere. Your information resides only on eBay and is available to us only for a limited time while we interact with you on an inquiry, order, or return, per eBay usage policies.
