Applications

The IVS Accuvision 200 is an industrial vacuum system used in thin-film deposition, sputtering, and related vacuum process applications — equipment common in semiconductor fabrication, optical coating, and research environments from the early 1980s onward. The ECB (Electronic Control Board) is the system's main process control card, handling logic, sequencing, and I/O within the vacuum system's card cage. Replacement and spare ECBs like this one are sought by facilities still operating Accuvision 200 systems, as well as technicians performing depot-level repairs. The CD74HCT646EN bus transceivers and the mixed-signal AD78463JN IC are characteristic of 1980s industrial control board designs that bridged analog process signals with digital control logic.

Condition: Used
This IVS Accuvision 200 ECB Control Board (0001-00055) has been inspected and is in good used condition. It was pulled from a working vacuum system environment where it was in active use and functional. The board shows normal age-related patina consistent with its 1983 date code — component markings are intact, ICs are seated, and there is no visible physical damage, burnt components, or broken traces.
