Direct replacement for the black push-in rivets used throughout the Prusa CORE One and Prusa enclosure panels. Richco SR-3045B: 3 mm shank seating into a 3.1–3.2 mm hole, 4.5 mm shank length, 6.4 mm head, rated at 8 kg typical extraction force. They seat and pop exactly like the originals.

Why 55 and not 50

A complete printer uses 55 of these. Most sellers round down to a generic pack size and leave you short. This set covers a full teardown and rebuild with none left missing.

Snap rivets are a consumable. The legs splay permanently the first time you seat one, so a rivet that has already been popped never grips the panel the way it did new — it sits loose and the panel buzzes. If you are pulling panels for maintenance, a mod, or a rebuild, replace them rather than reusing them.

Full manufacturer dimensions are listed above so you can confirm the fit before ordering. The two numbers that matter: your hole needs to be 3.1–3.2 mm, and the material you are clamping needs to total 2–3 mm thick. A caliper and thirty seconds will tell you.
