Import Fees - Customs duties, taxes, and any other charges that may be applicable in the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up - it should not be confused as extra shipping charges added by the seller. You should check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Any packages returned for non-payment of such fees may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded on returned items.

Processing Time: Once payment has cleared, we make every effort to ship within 3 business days. Freight items take longer to prepare for shipping and will most likely not ship as quickly as a standard parcel.

Palletized Freight: Your purchase requires freight shipping. If you want us to arrange transport, please do not pay until we have entered the quote rate in your eBay invoice.

Local Pick-Up: Shipping and handling fees will be waived unless you require special packing.

Shipping Account: Please contact us if you would like us to ship on your account. Additional authorization may be required.

Products are sold AS-IS: without warranty or guarantee, unless specified in the auction details, or covered by manufacturer's warranty. All Sales are Final. We do appreciate the opportunity to work with you to solve any problem that may arise, so please contact us if you have a concern about your purchase.

DOA Warranty: An item said to be in working condition but received Dead on Arrival can be returned for replacement or refund (when no replacement is available) if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product.

Incorrect or Damaged Product: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or you feel you have received an incorrect item, please retain the item and all packaging and notify us ASAP. Please e-mail photographs that show the damage to both the item and packing materials or that illustrates the part number or other significantly different features than what we advertised.

Photographs: Photos in this listing may be representational only and not of the exact item we will ship - particularly in the case of extended part numbers or revision numbers, or if we have more than one in stock.
