The warranty does not cover the following cases

Malfunctions and damages caused by customer's mishandling, modification, severe use, moving, transportation, dropping, liquid spillage, submersion in water, etc.
Malfunctions and damages caused by environmental conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, gas damage, vibration, pollution, salt damage, dust intrusion, etc.
Malfunctions and damages caused by natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, windstorm, flood, etc.
Malfunctions and damages caused by external factors such as voltage, etc.
Malfunctions and damages caused by connection or use of hardware, software, interface, supplies, etc. not approved by the manufacturer.
Discoloration, scratches, deformation, etc. of the exterior.
Repair or replacement of parts of CRT, LCD, or other display devices.
Repair or replacement of consumables such as batteries, hard disks, Windows startup failure, printer ink or parts, or periodic replacement parts.

B. International shipping

Supports global forwarders such as FedEX, DHL and UPS.
